You don’t really need such list, they are also getting outdated quickly as many forums and blogs start to add nofollow, when they find that their own rank drop as a result of spammers adding irrelevant links or similar.
there are however dofollow search engines, some better then others. Try doing a few searches for dofollow search engines.
