I need details regarding Article Marketing?

No Gravatar

I have submitted quite a few articles in ezinearticles.com and various other directories. I need to know how to check the performance of my articles. How to check how much incoming traffic to my site etc etc… How to see if the number of readers for my articles are increasing or not???
