Private Label Products For Small Business?

I was offered skincare samples after contacting a company that deals with private label, so I agreed as I am still searching for private label skin care items. The other day I received an email from them asking me how many I would like to order and that their minimum order must cost around $5,000.

That budget is way too much for me to afford right now on purchasing the items, as it is a small business only. And I am still in my searching stage. What is the best way for me to say this to them without belittling my character?

Just tell them that, due to the large amount of the initial investment, you will need to look at other vendors to ensure you are getting the best deal for your business. If they are rude about it then you don’t want to work with them anyway.
