Get more screencasts by Liking the e-Strategy blog at Facebook: www.facebook.com A how-to instructional video for tagging your Facebook Friends or Fan Pages using the status tag feature. This screencast was produced by David Erickson for the e-Strategy Internet Marketing Blog: bit.ly To tag a friend or fan page, type the @ symbol in your status update and then immediately start typing the friend or fan page you want to tag. A drop-down menu will appear from which you can choose the person or page you want to tag.

@max42777 It will work on either.
@mikeparm1027 Spaces in between first and last names don’t matter. You just need to make sure there’s no space between the @ symbol and the name of the person and/or page you want to tag.
do you put a space in the name ex: @billy bob? or is it @billybob?
to update your status does it matter if you type it on the home page or your profile page?
haha, lol, read the captions at 0:45,

Not working anymore!!!!! FF 3.6.3
You cannot run this “Feature” on Opera, as David uses Chrome I assume it works there, it also works on IE, no experience when it comes to Firefox. Hope that answers some questions.
